Our plans
Our next steps at 3D Earth will focus on building modern homes in Kosovo. We are pleased to have already attracted several interested parties for this exciting project. The plan is to build a multi-million dollar project that includes several residential units. A suitable plot of land is already available and the first houses will soon be built there.
We are particularly proud that these construction projects will be transparent and accessible to our token holders – they can follow the progress live and even visit the houses on site.
In addition, the Eden project, which is very close to our co-founder André Dürig's heart, is also being implemented in Kosovo. This project symbolizes our vision of realizing sustainable and future-oriented construction projects worldwide.
Kosovo was deliberately chosen as the location for our construction projects because we see the opportunity to provide people with affordable housing there. The demand for affordable housing in the region is high and we want to help meet this need.
Another decisive factor is Kosovo's beautiful nature. We are aware of our responsibility to protect the environment and therefore focus on ecological construction. Our 3D printing technology enables us to use environmentally friendly materials and construct energy-efficient buildings that blend harmoniously into the landscape.
In addition, one of our co-founders is from Kosovo and has a deep understanding of the local conditions and needs, helping us to develop tailor-made solutions that meet the needs of the community.
Through sustainable construction practices, we aim to not only create high-quality housing solutions but also preserve the natural beauty of the region. Our commitment to environmental responsibility is part of our mission to have a positive impact on the community and the environment. Kosovo offers us the perfect opportunity to turn this vision into reality.

We are in talks with several construction developers in Kosovo and are introducing them to the principle of 3D printing in the construction sector.
